3D PRINTING &
ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING

From FDM concept models to SLS production-grade polymer assemblies — industrial additive manufacturing with 24–48 hour turnaround and engineering-certified materials.

3D Printing Capabilities

We operate multiple additive technologies under one roof — choose the process that best matches your material requirements, resolution, and budget.

FDM — Fused Deposition

Cost-effective thermoplastic extrusion for functional prototypes, jigs, fixtures, and large structural parts in ABS, PLA, PETG, and ASA.

SLA — Stereolithography

High-resolution resin printing with layer heights to 25 µm. Ideal for fine-detail prototypes, dental models, and jewelry masters.

SLS — Selective Laser Sintering

Powder-bed fusion of Nylon 12, glass-filled nylon, and TPU for functional end-use parts without support structures or warping.

MJF — Multi Jet Fusion

HP Multi Jet Fusion for isotropic, watertight Nylon parts with excellent surface finish and consistent mechanical properties in all three axes.

Carbon DLS / CLIP

Continuous Liquid Interface Production for production-grade elastomers, rigid urethanes, and EPX resins with injection-molding-like surface quality.

Post-Processing & Finishing

Vapor smoothing, dyeing, painting, priming, sanding, and machining of printed parts to achieve functional tolerances and production surface finish.

Which Process Is Right for You?

Each additive technology has distinct strengths. Our engineers will help you select the optimal process during review.

FDM

Fused Deposition Modeling

Best for large functional parts, low-cost prototypes, and tooling. Layer lines visible but acceptable for most mechanical applications. Widest material selection including high-performance materials like PEEK and Ultem.

Low Cost Large Parts PEEK / Ultem Jigs & Fixtures

SLA

Stereolithography Apparatus

Best for high-resolution visual models, dental guides, and clear parts. Smooth surface finish out of the machine. Resins span rigid, flexible, high-temp, and castable formulations.

Fine Detail Clear Resin Dental 25 µm Resolution

SLS

Selective Laser Sintering

Best for functional assemblies, complex geometries, and low-volume production runs. No support structures needed. Nylon 12 and glass-filled variants provide excellent mechanical strength.

No Supports Functional Parts Nylon 12 Complex Geometry

MJF

Multi Jet Fusion

Best for isotropic mechanical properties, watertight housings, and production quantities. Faster than SLS for comparable part quality. Excellent for consumer products and medical device housings.

How It Works

From file upload to finished part, our streamlined workflow gets your parts printed and shipped fast.

1

Upload & Configure

Upload your STL, STEP, or OBJ file. Select technology, material, and finish. Receive an instant automated quote or request human review.

2

DFM Review

Our additive engineers review wall thickness, overhangs, support strategy, and tolerances. You receive a confirmed quote and build time within 4 hours.

3

Print & Post-Process

Parts are built, cleaned, cured, and post-processed per your finish spec. Batches are organized for traceability by order number and material lot.

4

Inspect & Ship

Dimensional verification, surface finish check, and careful packaging. Worldwide shipping with DHL, FedEx, and freight options. AS-BUILT report on request.
