RAPID
PROTOTYPING

24–48 Hour Parts
NDA Protected
From $50

Your concept model, functional prototype, or bridge-production batch — built and shipped in hours using CNC machining, 3D printing, casting, or fabrication based on what your application demands.

Rapid Prototyping Capabilities

We select the fastest process for your geometry and material — or combine multiple technologies in a single order for complex assemblies.

CNC Machined Prototypes

Functional aluminum, steel, or plastic prototypes with production-equivalent tolerances. Ready in 24–72 hours for geometries that 3D printing can't match.

SLA / SLS / FDM Printing

Additive manufacturing for complex organic geometries, quick concept validation, and low-cost design iteration before committing to machining or tooling.

Urethane Casting

Silicone mold casting of urethane resins for bridge-production runs of 20–200 parts with mechanical properties close to injection-molded thermoplastics.

Sheet Metal Prototypes

Laser-cut and bent sheet metal prototypes with same-day cutting, 3–5 day bending and welding. First-off enclosures and brackets without production tooling.

Multi-Technology Assemblies

Combine CNC-machined housings with printed brackets, fabricated panels, and purchased hardware — supplied as tested assemblies with one PO.

Design Iteration Support

Unlimited design revisions with fast re-quote. Our engineers provide DFM feedback, material substitution advice, and process optimization for each iteration.

Turnaround Options

We offer three tiers of turnaround to match your urgency and budget. Availability depends on geometry, material, and current shop load.

24 HR
Emergency Rush
For urgent design validation or last-minute conference deadlines. Parts machined or printed overnight. Premium surcharge applies. Must be confirmed by 10AM CST.
48–72 HR
Standard Rush
Our most popular tier. Most CNC-machined and 3D printed prototypes qualify. Suitable for design review, functional testing, and first-look evaluation.
5–10 DAY
Standard Lead
For multi-component assemblies, complex machined parts, urethane cast runs, and orders requiring surface finishing, anodizing, or plating.

How It Works

Speed without chaos — our rapid prototyping workflow is disciplined and repeatable so you know exactly what to expect each time.

1

Upload & Configure

Upload STEP, STL, DXF, or PDF. Select your required turnaround, material, finish, and quantity. Get an automated quote or human review in under 4 hours.

2

Process Selection

Our engineers confirm the optimal manufacturing process for your geometry and timeline. DFM notes and material suggestions included at no cost.

3

Build & Finish

Parts are machined, printed, or cast per your specifications. Post-processing — deburring, sanding, anodizing, painting — included in a single coordinated job.

4

Ship to Your Door

Inspected, photographed, and shipped with tracking. Overnight domestic delivery standard on rush orders. International DHL and FedEx available worldwide.

Prototyping Materials

Engineering-grade materials across all processes — match your prototype to your intended production material for accurate form, fit, and function testing.
