A set of 24 custom mounting brackets for an industrial conveyor system upgrade in the Houston energy sector. Designed for repeatable installation with snap-fit alignment features, printed in Nylon PA12 via SLS for chemical and impact resistance. Required zero support marks on mating faces — delivered via SLS powder bed process.
A 1:200 scale architectural model for a Houston mixed-use development presentation. Multi-segment FDM print with detailed facade elements and landscape components, finished with primer and acrylic paints to client specification. Used as the centerpiece of a city council presentation and investor roadshow, drawing praise for build quality and detail accuracy.
Batch production of 150 custom branded award pieces for an annual corporate leadership conference. Each piece featured a unique design with the company logo in relief, recipient name placeholder, and a weighted base for presentation stability. Printed in PETG for a semi-glossy finish, primed and painted in corporate brand colors with metallic accent coating.
Seven rapid prototyping iterations for a consumer electronics startup developing a new portable device housing. Each iteration tested different snap-fit geometries, button textures, and port placements. SLA resin used for presentation-quality versions; FDM ABS used for functional durability testing. Project moved from concept to investor-ready prototype in under three weeks.
A large-format sculptural piece for a Houston gallery installation, produced in 18 interlocking segments on our large-format FDM system and hand-assembled in studio. The organic form — inspired by fluid dynamics — required custom slice orientation for each segment to maximize surface quality on visible faces. Finished with spray primer, automotive filler, and artist-specified topcoat.
A collection of 400 branded 3D-printed giveaway pieces for a B2B technology company’s annual trade show presence. Items included custom logo keychains, branded desk stands, and a limited-edition brand mascot figurine. Multi-color FDM printing eliminated the need for hand-painting on the majority of pieces, keeping costs low and consistency high across the full production run.
