Lead times are for standard FDM production. SLA and SLS runs may require additional time. Rush production available with surcharge. All prices are quoted individually based on part geometry, material, and finish requirements.
Before any production run, we print and fully inspect a first-article unit. Dimensional checks, visual inspection, and functional verification against your specifications. Production does not start until you approve the first article.
Print operators check dimensional accuracy and surface quality at defined intervals throughout the run. Any out-of-spec units are quarantined and reprinted — they never make it into your shipment.
Every unit is visually inspected before packing. We document the inspection with photography and a signed QC checklist. For orders over 100 units, we provide a statistical sampling report.
We maintain a process record for every production part — printer settings, material lot numbers, first-article sign-off, and QC results. This documentation is retained for 24 months and is available to you on request.
Our guaranteed defect rate is under 1% for standard production runs. Any defective units discovered after delivery are replaced at no charge. We stand behind every unit we ship.
When you reorder, we pull your process documentation and run your parts with the same settings, orientation, material lot, and QC criteria as the previous run. Reorders should be indistinguishable from originals.
We can pick, pack, and ship individual orders from your production inventory directly to your end customers. White-labeled packaging, branded inserts, and custom boxing available. You never touch the product — we handle it end-to-end.
We maintain climate-controlled storage for your production inventory. Orders are fulfilled on demand as your customers purchase. You pay only for storage used, with no long-term commitment required.

Yes. Many of our wholesale clients operate on a replenishment model — they order when inventory drops to a defined threshold. We maintain your process documentation and can typically fulfill a replenishment order faster than the original run since no first-article approval is required for identical-spec reorders.
Yes. White-label service includes branded packaging, branded documentation, and complete absence of Export Commodity branding from all correspondence and materials. We are invisible. Your customer never knows who manufactured the parts.
Defective units are identified during final inspection and never shipped. If a defect is discovered post-delivery, we replace the affected units at no charge and conduct a root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. Our defect guarantee is in writing in every wholesale contract.
For volumes under approximately 1,000 units, 3D printing is typically cost-competitive with injection molding when tooling costs are considered. Injection molding requires significant upfront tooling investment ($5,000–$50,000+ depending on complexity) that only amortizes at higher volumes.
